How to Apply

The next application cycle will, tentatively, be in March 2025.

Thank you for your interest in the Habitat Homeownership Program! Applications for homes will be accepted in Spring of 2025

Applications can only be submitted in the timeframe in which they are accepted, March 1 - 31, 2025.

Please fully complete and return the Partner Family Application and supporting documents from Section B on page 4.

Failure to provide all requested supporting documentation will delay the processing of your application.

If you would like to see the types of documentation and documents you will need to apply we have created a SAMPLE application which you can view or download here. Please note this is a sample application and is meant to be used only as a guide. Information on the actual application forms are updated as needed in real time.

Where to Apply

Once the application forms are updated for 2025, you will be able to download it here or pick up a copy from our office or ReStore, or request that one be mailed to you by calling our office at 712-224.5117
